UTV Kenya is a FREE TO AIR Channel with a cumulative audience of more than 4,100,000. We
are currently available countrywide via Signet channel 516 (Signet- UTV) TV 45,PANG 79,all
free to air decoders,and online-www.utv.co.ke- Motivated by the quest to advance in
development of digital television network and the introduction of advanced digital electronic.
UTV Television has intensified efforts to enable more and more Kenyans access quality
television broadcasting. The Television has extended It’s coverage to over 70 per cent of the
Kenya’s population and is expected to rise to over 80 percent by the end of year 2020.
Currently, UTV has funs across 41 Counties in Kenya, thanks to signal distributors. The
demographic consists both youths and old generation who consume commercials, news, art and
music (gospel, classic, country) and sports.
The station runs a series of TV local popular programs such as SINEMA KIKWETU, KIJIJINI,
MTUMISHI, Youth Movie (developed by the youth) in our youth talent development segment,
Kilimo tosha, Fish growing, Hadithi zetu, Action movies, Nigerian Movies and many more. We
also run a CSR program dabbed SAVE A LIFE where we give a platform to Kenyans struggling
to raise their medical bills to fundraise from our ever-willing Kenyan communities.

Considering the above, we wish to introduce to you our farmers segment – Kilimo Tosha which
runs every Monday at 8:00pm. This program has been running since last year and gained a huge
viewership across all media farmers programs to the tune of at least 4million viewers per day.
This is because the team in charge of the program is technically qualified in
Agriculture/Agronomy who are well acquainted with day to day farmer experience hence able to
make use of their expertise to address farmers needs and concerns in the programming.

and testimonials videos customized to our customer needs to deliver the intended message
through our promos which run through out on out TV based on agreement.
