A schedule of programmes, their contents and the progremme timing has been worked out using professional advice in order to take full advantage of the market from the beginning. An effort has been made to identify and engage the relevant expertise.

Pricing

Prices in the industry are determined by various factors; key among these are the broadcasting target market, nature of programmes, the hosts, location, prices of the competitors and nature of the equipment.

The pricing has been used as a positioning tool to maintain competitiveness. Price had been fixed at 12-15% below the industry average.
